The Tata Group has created a Tata Second Career Internship Programme (SCIP) team to ensure a timely and transparent selection process. The shortlisting process has four stages including a telephonic discussion and a personal interview with the Tata selection panel. The entire process is expected to be completed within 60 days of the registration closure.
