The programme requires 300 core hours spent on-site at the office. However, this is open to discussion and decision between the Guide and Intern. The working days and the working hours will be mutually decided.

Break during project
Can I take a break during the internship?

Projects will require approximately 500 hours of engagement. This will be spread over 5-6 months on a flexi-time model. Extended breaks are not envisaged during the internship.

Training
Will we get any kind of training before we start the project?

All professionals selected for SCIP will undergo a short duration management development programme conducted by the Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC).
