Tata Group has created a dedicated Tata Second Career Internship Programme (SCIP) team to ensure a timely and transparent selection process.
The selection process will be in multi-stages as under. It is expected to be completed within 60 days of the registration closure.
STAGE I
Registration: |

All applicants will be requested to register on-line at www.tatasecondcareer.com along with their CV. They will be required to supply the information requested for - accurately and completely. |

STAGE II
Short listing: |
|
Applicants, who fulfill the basic criteria, will be short listed further, based on additional criteria such as quality of education and quality of experience and expertise. |

STAGE III
Data collection: |
|
Those short listed will be contacted by the SCIP team for further information and discussion. |

|
|
STAGE IV
Interview: |
|
A final shortlist will be made based on information collected in Stages I, II and III and those short listed will be invited for an interview with the Tata SCIP team. |

STAGE V
Offer: |
|
After the selection panel interviews, and based on the availability of the project and expertise area of the applicant, a limited number of applicants will be offered individual SCIP projects. |

|
STAGE VI
Offer acceptance: |
|
Those selected for SCIP will be required to sign a SCIP contract. |

|
|
STAGE VII
Joining: |
|
SCIP awardees, who have signed the SCIP contracts, will be invited for a kick-off meeting with the Project Guide. They will similarly be invited for a five-day management development programme at the Tata Management Training Centre at Pune. |
