The SCIP Internship is intended to help women professionals who have taken a career break to transit back to a full-time job.

Tata Group does not guarantee a full-time job to the SCIP professionals. But, both the project guide and the Intern will have the option to explore into a full-time job opportunity on mutually acceptable terms. In other words, jobs after SCIP projects will be entirely at the discretion of both the project guide and the Intern.
