The SCIP Internship is intended to help women professionals who have taken a career
break to transition back to a full-time career.

The Tata Group does not guarantee a full-time job to the SCIP interns. But, both the Project Guides and the Interns will have the option to explore further employment opportunities on mutually acceptable terms.
